On January 28, our NSCD founder, Nadine Senior MBE sadly passed away.

Nadine lobbied with great spirit and passion to prove the need for professional dance education in Leeds and founded NSCD in 1985. Through her educational vision, teaching and leadership, Nadine went on to inspire many dancers, choreographers, teachers and dance leaders who have been getting in touch asking how to remember and show their respect to Nadine. To honour her memory, Nadine’s family have set up a link to the Stroke Association where you can post pictures, memories and make donations in tribute to her life and make a difference in the fight against Strokes.
