Boys' dance takes over Leeds City Centre as NSCD presents COLLIDE.
On Saturday 14 March, Leeds hosted an explosive all-male performances from professional and youth dance companies across 5 different city centre locations.
Coordinated by the Learning & Participation team at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, with the Children & Young Peoples Dance Network North the event aimed to highlight the breadth of opportunities for male dancers in Leeds & the wider North. Supported by Leeds Dance Partnership
“As a Company, founded by 2 male dance artists that originally met whilst members of a youth dance company in Manchester, events like Collide 2020, allow us to meet and inspire young men at the early stages of their dance journeys. As performers in last year’s event, we are delighted to have been invited back by Northern School of Contemporary Dance and we look forward to bringing another of our outdoor productions to Leeds City Centre.” Company Chameleon
