ELEANOR SIKORSKI

Eleanor is a dancer and choreographer working between Nottingham and London. Her solo work spans dance, comedy, cabaret, music and film. She runs Nora with fellow dancers Stephanie McMann and Flora Wellesley Wesley. Together they invite choreographers to make work for them to perform. They also teach, write and make films, advocating for dancers' working rights. Eleanor has worked independently as a dancer for artists including Eva Recacha, Else Tunemyr, Seke Chimutengwende, Igor & Moreno and William Hunt. With her partner, dance artist Lewys Holt, she co-runs Roadhouse, a regular, UK-wide night of improvised performance. She is associate artist with Dance4 2019-21 for Dancing Museums, a European action-research project designed to foster long-term collaborations between dance organisations, museums and galleries.
