Kaia grew up in Brighton, UK where she began dancing at a young age. With a desire to further her contemporary dance training she joined Ceyda Tanc Youth Dance Company in 2015 and later The Place CAT scheme in 2019.
She began her professional training in 2021 at Northern School of Contemporary Dance where she has since graduated with a First-Class Honors degree in Contemporary Dance. During her time at NSCD, she performed in works by Hofesh Shechter Company, Joseph Mercier, Imogen Reeve, and Feet off the Ground.
