Marc is a Senior Executive at Avyse Partners and co-leads their Regulatory Compliance Practice. Prior to this, Marc spent 18 years working in the ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms (specifically Deloitte, KPMG, and EY) where he built, co-led, or led their regional Regulatory Practices. Across these roles, he has specialised in providing risk management and regulatory compliance consultancy services to financial services businesses. Within UK financial services, regulation leaves no part of a firm untouched. This being the case, Marc has advised numerous businesses on their strategies, corporate governance, assurance arrangements (including the robustness of enterprise risk management frameworks and approaches to mitigating, managing, and monitoring principal risks), organisational systems and controls, conduct and culture. Marc is based in Manchester and, outside of work, spends his time supporting his son’s love of cricket and his daughter’s love of dance (though he readily admits to not being a very good practice partner for the latter).
