Originally from Israel, Mia started her journey with rhythmic gymnastics at age 4. After winning the Junior National Championships at 12 years old, she decided to pursue her passion for dance, alongside with aerial acrobatics.

After graduating from Alon High School of Arts and Bat-Sheva's Greenhouse Programme for outstanding dance students, she moved to Kibbutz Ga'aton in northern Israel, to join SADNA professional dance program.

There she worked with choreographers such as Andrea Constanzo Martini, Shahar Binyamini, Yasmeen Godder, Yosi Berg & Oded Graf, while creating original pieces as well.

After two years in Ga'aton, she went on to spend 3 months travelling Europe while dancing at Dart SI, Frei-Art festival, Hofesh Shechter intensive, Humanhood intensive and B12.
