Siobhan has worked for over 25 years in the sport and charitable sector. She understands the power that sport has in bringing communities together and has worked for a range of organisations including The Premier League, The Football Foundation, Barclays, Rugby Football League, and England Netball. She joined Huddersfield Town Foundation as CEO in January 2019 and led on the creation of the organisations first ever strategy alongside a new brand development. She has a strong grasp on governance codes and how these can be applied into charitable settings to ensure organisations remains fit for purpose while having policies and processes that work on the ground level. Experienced in Equity, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion she acted as a consultant to Stoke City FC for their submission to achieve the Premier League Equality Standard and was part of the working group at Huddersfield Town FC that successfully achieved the Premier League Gold standard becoming the first club outside of the Premier League to do so. Her 8 years at the Premier League supported Club community schemes on their community strategy development and implementation. During this time, she led on Premier League for Sport, a £10m project which created a legacy around London 2012 Olympics as well as the Premier League Girls Football, a £3m initiative that created opportunities for over 25,000 young girls. Siobhan has a wealth of event experienced having volunteered on major international events including the London 2012 Olympics, 2002 Commonwealth Games and the Boat Race. She holds a BA Hons in Sport and Recreation Studies and a PGCE in Physical Education both from The University of Birmingham.
