Willow grew up in South London, where she started dancing at her local ballet school. She began her Contemporary dance training at Trinity Laban's CAT Scheme. Willow went on to join NYDC in 2019, performing works by Russell Maliphant and Alesandra Seutin. She continued her training at the London Contemporary Dance School in 2021, where she delved into her special interest in feminist performance art and graduated with a First Class Honours Degree.
Willow has worked with BitterSuite, Johannes Weiland, and Marie Chabert. Since completing her degree this summer, Willow has performed as a part of the Arts Cross Festival in Taipei choreographed by Lai TsuiShuang and for the opening of the HM LFW event, choreographed by Holly Blakey.
