Weekly Classes - Northern School of Contemporary Dance

WEEKLY CLASSES

Our weekly classes offer a vibrant and supportive space for participants of all ages and abilities to engage with contemporary dance. Designed to inspire creativity and develop confidence, these sessions cater to a wide range of needs, from early years movement and youth training to adult beginner, improver  and advanced classes. Led by experienced dance artists, our classes encourage physical exploration, self-expression, and the joy of learning through movement. Whether you’re taking your first steps in dance or honing your skills, our weekly classes provide an inclusive and enriching environment where everyone can thrive.

Based in our world-class studios at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, participants benefit from training in a professional and inspiring environment. Our facilities are designed to support creativity and technical development, providing the perfect setting for dancers of all levels to grow. Additionally, some groups have the exciting opportunity to showcase their work in NSCD’s Riley Theatre—a unique chance to perform on a professional stage and share their achievements with friends, family, and the wider community.
